At Iconic Notes, every order is carefully packed and inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Delivery & Return Policy below.

 

What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product?

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, leaking, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us investigate and resolve your request quickly, kindly share:

·         A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

·         Photographs of the product and its original packaging.

·         You can send these details to iconicnotesinfo@gmail.com, and our support team will review your request and assist you as soon as possible.

Is an unboxing video required to raise a claim?

Yes. A continuous unboxing video showing the package being opened in its original sealed condition is mandatory for claims related to damaged products, leakage, missing items, or incorrect deliveries. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for verification.

What if my package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery?

If the outer package appears tampered with, opened, or visibly damaged, we recommend that you do not accept the delivery. Please inform the delivery partner immediately and contact our customer support team at the earliest.

Do you inspect products before shipping?

Yes. Every order undergoes quality inspection before it is packed and dispatched. While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

Are your products eligible for return or exchange?

Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. Products purchased from Iconic Notes are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where a damaged, defective, or incorrect item has been received and the claim meets our verification requirements.

What happens if my online payment fails or is deducted?

If an online transaction fails or a payment is deducted without a successful order confirmation, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 7 working days, subject to your bank or payment provider's processing timelines.
